Buy a Home or Plot

When you buy property within Legacy Estates, you will receive a survey and deed of sublease from the developer for a portion of the master lease granted by the Oyo State Government, and you will own the physical home outright. Buyers are responsible for handling the customary Governor’s Consent and title perfection process with the Oyo State Government. The Governor’s Consent is required for building plan approval.

Buying Process

  • Contact one of our sales representatives.
  • Select a plot / house style.
  • Fill out an application and pay the nonrefundable application fee.
  • Contact and get pre-qualified with a bank or or your primary mortgage institution (PMI) for mortgage loans (for interested buyers).
  • Make installmental payments to purchase your house.
  • Take delivery of your home (subject to payment as and when due)
  • Take delivery of your plot and obtain title deed upon full payment (for service plots)

Payment Options

IMMEDIATE FULL PAYMENT (with a 5% rebate)

PAYMENT PLAN:

Installment Payment Plan(HOUSES)

  • At time of application: Non refundable N250,000 application fee (will be applied toward purchase price).
  • Within 3 months of allocation: 40% of total sale price
  • Within 6 months of allocation: 20% of total sale price
  • Within 9 months of allocation: 20% of total sale price
  • Within 12 months of allocation: 20% of total sale price

Installment Payment Plan (SERVICED PLOTS)

  • At time of application: Non refundable N250,000 application fee (will be applied toward purchase price) plus 40% of total sale price.
  • Within 3 months of allocation: 40% of total sale price
  • Within 6 months of allocation: 20% of total sale price

Mortgage Plan

  • At time of application: Non refundable N250,000 application fee (will be applied toward purchase price).
  • Client provides 20% and PMI (Mortgage Institution) provides 80% mortgage financing.

Any other option has to be discussed and agreed between Client and Management.
